I have created two VMs in Azure.

One is running a Web Application that should be accessible via port 443.  I have setup Endpoints to both port 80 and 443 for the VM.  I can connect via web browser from my other VM via HTTPS.  But I can not connect from outside.   I have another service running on another port in the 5000 range, and that seems to be working fine.    What do I need to do to get public access working to my Web application via port 443?
