Hi,

Need to trap when user clicks on close Visio diagram window and also  Visio window itself.  I know the idMso are FileClose and FileExit if user go through file menu but I don’t know what is the idMso for Visio diagram close and Visio Windows close. Any help is appreciated.

How are you using the idMso for FileClose and FileExit?

Are you using them with events in compiled code, VBA, etc?

 

Which controls on the UI are describing when you say:
"I don’t know what is the idMso for Visio diagram close and Visio Windows close"

 

Are you describing the two X icons in the upper right hand corner of the Visio UI?

The X icon in the upper right-hand corner close/exit Visio

And

The X icon below it that will close the active Visio drawing?

 

 

Also, in what context do you want to use these if you can trap them?

In a Visio COM addin, a custom ribbon tab, a stand-alone C# .net application that starts Visio, etc.?

 

Please provide me more details around your entire scenario, what you’re currently able to do and what you want to do if you can trap the events.
