I have been looking all over and even when I decide to invest the time i posting a question rather than offering a clear choice for forums Microsoft decides to do what big law firms do. Overwhelm then so they cannot use any information.

Why is it that a person who has spent 30 years working with Microsoft and also happens to be a native English speaker cannot find a single forum that makes sense to use for asking a question?

I didn't say I couldn't find any no I cannot find one that stands out above the others. I can post to one of perhaps 10 or 12 forums for an answer to a question about how to ensure my web app uses the 32 bit environment not the 64 bit.

Now I am stuck with a MSDN license and a crap load of ways to get help and not one that I can actually use. So my 32 bit DLL is saying I cannot work here and my 464 bit version says ouch I cannot work here. the net effect is neither is able to deliver and I am screwed.
