I want to use the ClickOnce method then upload a new version of our product to our web-site. The idea is that the user would run the setup.exe file, go to the web-site and install.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the name of this folder, e.g. "Application_Files"?

You can select all the projects in the Solution Explorer and right-click Unload Project. Then right-click Edit <Project> one by one (If there are more than one). Then you have all the project files opened in Visual Studio and you can change project names. When done, right-click "Reload"
