Visual Studio 2015 with update 3 is the latest version of visual studio 2015.
Visual Studio 2017 RC is a new version of visual studio.
You could install visual studio 2017 RC side by side with Visual Studio 2015 with update 3.
Visual Studio 15 preview 5 is the preview of Visual Studio 2017 RC, the prior previews of Visual Studio "15" must be uninstalled first. During installation of Visual Studio 2017 RC, a cleaning tool will automatically be run on your machine that will detect artifacts from a prior preview installation and then remove them.
vNext is not a version of visual studio, it is just the name given to product in the pre-release mode.
