We have Azure MFA service on cloud which allow users to authenticate using Multi Factor Auth. method to Access some platforms ( Such as SharePoint, Email , ... ) ,, and We want to develop a native mobile app where the user will need to sign in first to start doing some actions.

Is there a documentation on how can we integrate MFA service (cloud) with our native mobile app?

Hello 

I believe you can use the normal Azure AD integration. We do not have any programmetic way of directly calling the MFA service in the cloud as of now. However you can enable MFA for any application registered in Azure AD and use conditional access. For a Native Mobile app you can register it in azure AD and apply conditional access and enable MFA thorugh CA policy. for more info please check this link.
