If a statically linked library from Windows SDK is not listed in redist.txt what is the workaround for distributing an application?
For example, winmm.lib.  I need to use the timeGetTime function which the documentation says is provided in winmm.lib.  But that means I can not redistribute my application.  At the very least it would be good if the documentation mentioned this redistribution issue.
