On LogicApp, I tried to compress tar.gz file with Azure Blob Strorage action "Extract archive to folder". But it failed with error below. Please add features can decompress  tar.gz file(other varieties of compressed file).

Such is not possible in Logic Apps directly right now. 

This can be achieved with the use of function, where you can write the unzipping logic and then invoke the azure function from your logic app.

Please add a feature request for LogicApps at UserVoice.
