Hi all

Please forgive what is probably a very basic question. I have activated my free trial on Azure with the aim of upskilling myself for a new role. It appears I have fallen at the first hurdle. I am attempting what should be the simplest of tasks - to create a new VM (Windows 2016).

There are four steps to creating the VM. The Basics and Size go through fine but when I get to Settings, I figured I could just leave most settings at their defaults, amending only the alllowed inbound ports to RDP. However, in doing this, the 'OK' button is grayed out. Regardless of which setting I tweak, or even going back to select a different Region, it does not fix the issue.

I'm hoping this is just an embarrasingly simple thing but would appreciate your advice.

I’m able to create Windows 2016 VM in my free trial subscription.

I would request you try the below options:

• Clear cookies and cache.
• Try in different browser
• New incognito window
