Hi there,

I selected "SharePoint 2013" because there is no "SharePoint Online" forum.

With SharePoint Online, after I "Save list as template" and get .stp, what should I do next in order to import or copy the entire list library including contents and comments for all records to the new site collection.

Old Site: https://domain.sharepoint.com/abc (subsite of the root site)

New Site: https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/main (new site collection)

Upload STP files into destination using List template (Site Action-> Site settings)

Upload file using Upload document

Create site using new template. Then you can see list with same content and fields.
