However. The sync does not work for all users. Some users are not updated with the correct picture from exchange, and are still able to change their own profile pictures.
Even more mysterious than that, it that when a user access a different client than their own, where a new windows profile is created during login, and then login onto SharePoint, the picture is suddenly updated, and they are no longer able to change their
picture. And this applies even when they go back to their own client.
