Hi ,

SharePoint 2013 survey list, some users responses are not saving . Encountered some users due to time out response not captured.

But some users with in time also not saved the responses only question saved with that user.

could you please help , what could  be the reason.

Would you check the following areas.

• Event logs
• ULS logs
• Install fiddler tool and check how request is going for those users.
• Did App Pool recycle configured for particular time period ?
