i am installing my software to windows xp service pack 3 but with in installing i got a error i.e "The instruction at "0x0000002c" referenced memory at "0x0000002c". The memory could not be "read"." then system will be terminated so how to solve it.

Is a generic error message meaning that some software, somewhere has got it''s pointers in a mess and tried to access memory it doesn''t have any rights to. It''s basically the same as the very old Blue Screen of Death.

Unfortunately, it isn''t a helpful message as far as diagnostics goes, as it doesn''t tell you even which process it was, much less which application started the thread.
It could be anything: video drivers, installation software, hardware fault - anything.
