hi friend i want to read ring buffer memory of umg 503 device it is an electronics device which measures the current & voltage in wire and store it to ring memory it is an janitza device there is an rs232 port on device which can connect to pc & read these memory but i dont want to use there PSW professional software i have to develope my own software in c# so how to read such a device memory is there any interfaces to do it. please help me. thanks
