Thanks alot bartonc. now my problem is, When I on ( push the power Button) my printer it is automaticaly stating prinring ,where is writing how can I "get best quality, follow the steps using this sheet, ......... etc..". How can I stop it.
Please suggest me how can I get rid this kind of problem.

First of all, make sure there are no printing tasks scheduled. (System control -> Printer -> HP PSC 1400 All-in-One series) If there are, remove them.
Then try again.
If it still won''t stop, switch the printer off, deinstall the printer drivers (System control -> Printer -> left click on "HP PSC 1400 All-in-One series" -> remove or deinstall or similar), restart the computer, download the newest drivers from the HP website, switch the printer on, it will ask you to install the printer drivers. Give it the (unpacked) drivers you downloaded and follow the instructions. After you''ve finished, try switching the printer off and on again. If it prints the same pages, follow the instructions on them. Then again switch it off and on. If it continues to act in this way, ask again.
