I would not think usenet has official and unofficial NGs,
but I like the clj haughtiness the above statement represents.
Perhaps in this answer a point could be made, that clientside javascript is
assumed, but that javascript in stand alone and serverside configurations
are welcome and on topic, but should be specified as such.
