I'm trying to download EmguCV linked from Download A Basic Program Source.zip - 4.48 MB from this source
For all my profile use, I've downloaded to check just several project examples, without much activity on codeproject.com
By some reason, now I'm not able to download EmguCV zip with this message which redirects me to /script/Common/Error.aspx?errres=NoFileName:

What I have tried:
I've reconfirmed my email and got the notification "Success! Your email has been confirmed."
We can't help with that: Either google for the download, or contact the article author via the message forum below the article itself.
However, given that the article was written in 2011, it's entirely possible that he no longer has any better idea where the DL is than you do ... certainly, he's not active here that much any more, given his last login was about a year ago.
