We really can't do that: "Android" is not a language, it's an operating system, and an OS covers a massive range of possible applications.

Added to that, we have no idea of your skill levels, abilities, or interests - let alone what would be considered suitable and appropriate for a project at your particular college; on your particular course. And that all affects the scale of the project, which affects the range of project types. Something I might find relatively simple you might find near impossible (or near impossible within the timescale) and vice versa (and a project that is too limited in scope may not be acceptable to your college).

I'd suggest you talk to you tutor: he will be used to it and can at least give you an idea of the scale they expect, and perhaps some ideas for application types.
