I am unable to implement use FCKEditor in webform.

What I have tried:

Open Visual Studio 2012
File > New > Project
Project > Add Reference >
Add CKEditor.NET.dll to Project
Now copy fckeditor(all small) folder and paste it into Project folder
Project > Add New Item > Web Form
and in webform , getting this error

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
