I have tinymce editor but i have some problem in implementation.
I need steps for implement tiny mce editor in my php.

TinyMCE is a Javascript editor; it has nothing to do with PHP. You can simply put it in your page outside PHP part or generate full TinyMCE code using PHP (echo) output (in this case you can use some parameters).
I think you could also use the editor inside Web forms and organize the posting of the edited content to the HTTP service and process the post with PHP, but this is not very different from working with regular forms and controls. This matter is well described in standard PHP manual.
