I am looking for someone to write this macro to be applied to an email mailbox and checks for the following requirements.

Requirement:
1. Email must have the string say "JobSeeking" as the Subject line
2. IF the email has string the string "JobSeeking", THEN email must have an gmail.com,yahoo.com, etc. in the CC field.
3. If the CC field is blank, the mailbox will reject and send an email back to the original sender saying that CC field cannot be empty.

Is there a feasible solution with all of the above requirements in a single macro?
