we integrated the paypal in our site..
1) Basically Customer ->Pays to our site-> By Order

2) Our Site Pays ->Restaurant Daily (Automatically)

in the above 1st part is completed...

how can i develop the 2nd part (Our Site Pays ->Restaurant Daily)

Please give me suggestion to develop the second part
