I have an enterprise account. I am trying to create a linux VM with my custom image. It shows that the VM size" F16s_v2 is unavailable. 

It shows "This size is currently unavailable in this location for this subscription"

Please advise how do I enable the VM Sizes for my account.

It looks like your subscription doesn't support creation of virtual machines in that location. For more info please have  a look at this Doc, SKU series unavailable

Solution : 

We first recommend that you consider an alternative region or SKU that meets your business needs. If you’re unable to find a suitable region or SKU, create a "Subscription Management" support request,
