AFAIK，目前尚不支持。但您可以使用webhook将完整结果发送到逻辑应用程序或Runbook; webhook（可以发送最多1000行数据），用户可以根据需要使用推送邮件或团队或松散消息（例如）Logic App。

Is there any option/workaround available to trigger different email alerts for each result of search query? Currently I see all the search results coming in one single email alerts but we want different alerts for each entry in Azure monitoring.

Thanks for reaching out!

AFAIK, this is currently unsupported. But you can use webhook to send full results to logic app or runbooks; webhook (can send up-to 1000 rows of data) and the user can use push mail or teams or slack message as needed via (say) Logic App.
