I believe you are using this document to configure the SSO . https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/cornerstone-ondemand-tutorial#configure-cornerstone-ondemand-single-sign-on .  Could you please check the following in your configuration ? 

• 在管理员用户名字段中，尝试在"domain \"中输入用户名用户"格式而不是"用户"。该域名应该是您的Cornerstone租户域名。用户帐户应具有访问Cornerstone用户管理API的权限。
