It appears that the Azure Data Catalog registration tool may only support logging into SFDC using login.salesforce.com. Is there a way to provide a custom domain/URL (for example - https://uat.cs67.my.salesforce.com) for the tool to connect to? Thanks in Advance!

I could suggest you to get in touch with the SF team on this , I don't think that's possible .
