Did everything as defined in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/files/storage-sync-files-deployment-guide?tabs=azure-portal for deploying Azure File Sync, but always get error when adding the server endpoint with error:

检查服务器是否已关闭，或是否存在服务连接问题。如果服务器已经停用，请取消注册服务器。

服务器在线，注册成功，评估工具检查计算机和路径。 路径测试没问题，计算机测试返回系统OK，文件系统警告但没有进一步的信息...

The server is online, registered sucessfully, did the evaluation tool check for both the computer and the path.  The path test is OK, the computer test returned system OK, warning on file system but no further inforamtion...

我不知道我们组织中是否有一些安全设置可能会阻止服务器获取新配置的策略？ 如果是这样的话会是什么？

I don't know if there're some security setting in our organization policy that might block the server from picking up the new configuration?  If so what might that be?

Just for clarification: I would verify the latest Azure File Sync agent version is installed. If the latest agent version is already installed, restart the Storage Sync Agent (FileSyncSvc) and retry creating the server endpoint. If the same issue occurs, try to un-register and re-register server

Additional information: If you are trying to create a cloud endpoint. Once the cloud endpoint is created, you should have the option to create a server endpoint.
