Hi Raghavendra,

Unfortunately, there is no real answer to this as it depends on your database workload.  You need to see what the baseline figures are to see what would be unusual to have. 

Personally, under most circumstances I would want to know if DTUs or CPU went over 80%.  But if your workload often goes above this for a period and then drops down again then I wouldn't want to be notified about this all the time. 

So you need to see what usual usage looks like on your platform and base it off that.
