I am getting an error when attempting to create a SQL Database. The error is:

Error submitting the deployment request. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: The request timed out. Diagnostic information: timestamp '20190320T192453Z', subscription id '', tracking id 'XXXXX', request correlation id 'XXXXX'.

I have looked at the Activity Log, but there don't seem to be any helpful details. Although in the JSON for the event, I found:

None of the above have solved the problem. It simply will not create a new server and DB. Any insight/help would be appreciated.

Can you please copy/paste the entire (unmodified) error message to an email and send this information to AzCommunity at Microsoft.com. This needs to be escalated.
