I am unable to rename the SQL database in azure and i am getting below mentioned error :

ALTER DATABASE操作失败内部服务错误Msg 42019

ALTER DATABASE operation failed Internal service error Msg 42019

tried from SSMS object explorer and from query window as well.

Hello,

If running the statement from the master database does not work, close existing connections or scale up/down the tier of the database.

选择*来自sys.dm_exec_sessions

SELECT * FROM sys.dm_exec_sessions
