What’s the URL you entered in the Hyperlink or Picture column?

Make sure the URL is trusted by SharePoint, I recommend you upload the picture in SharePoint Picture library and paste the picture URL in this column and check again.

If the issue exists, create a new column in current or new list, check if the issue exists.
