I tried creating a new VM on Azure using the "Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise on Windows 10 Enterprise N (x64)" image, but I get the following error no matter which region I select: "The selected image is not valid for the specified location. Select a different location."

I am using "Visual Studio Enterprise - MPN" subscription.

Hi, 

You will not be able to deploy Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise on Windows 10 Enterprise N image in MSDN subscription. You can go ahead and deploy Visual Studio 2019 Community on Windows 10 Enterprise N (x64) in your subscription.
