I hope someone can help in helping me understanding this please...

我们想要10个用户来自我们的组织在o365并且需要他们在Outlook中看到每个人...我们是否必须同步所有人或者我们可以同步10来实现这一目标吗？我们有500个，所以我们需要500个还是10个？

we want 10 users from our organisation in o365 and need them to see everyone in outlook...do we have to sync everyone or can we just sync the 10 to achieve this? there are 500 for us so would we need 500 or just 10?

we think just 10 but if this is wrong we need to ask for more money!

If each account wants a licence, what's the minimum required just to be seen.

Hello , 

If I understand you correctly , you are talking about being able to query everyone of your 500 users from within outlook mail client . For this the user needs to be in the Global Address list . And Global Address list is present in the exchange system (in case of office365 , exchange online) which is generated by exchange online using the recipient information for users who have been assigned exchange online licenses. If your 500 users need to have email then you would be better off requesting licensees for all of them. If you have a special use case where  only 10 of your users need email license and use outlook then they would only see those 10 users in outlook because the global address list fetched by outlook from exchange would only contain those 10 users who have ben assigned mail licenses in Office 365 and have email related attributes by virtue of the mail licenses  .
