I have a separate workbench resource and a separate POA consortium resource.

I would like to run my workbench on top my POA consortium so that other AD users could join in later and thus create a multi member system.

When your're deploying Workbench, you can use an existing POA network. But after the workbench is deployed, there is no option to connect to a different POA network.
