When I executed large amount of transactions at the same time, Virtual Machine's CPU usage rose to 100%, after that, EoA didn't accept any transactions about 2 hours.

Is this expected behavior?  Would you tell me how to avoid being refused executing transaction for a long time, if you have any solutions.

Could you please share metrics regarding the following:

• Transaction size (gas cost), transaction request rate, and whether or not you're batching transactions
• Number of nodes & regions
• Whether you're directly sending transactions to specific nodes or whether you're using the load balancer or a load-balancer/traffic manager combination
• Node size (Virtual Machine SKU)
