Hello, as part of education need to deploy a web service, and it asks me to provide plan name  chosen when launched workspace. I tired most of the names but no result

You can choose an existing machine learning studio webservices plan or create a new one as seen in the screen shot  below.

In the error you received I think the issue is the plan selected. Could you please check if you have selected the plan that is relevant to the ML studio that is created? You can also create a new plan in any of the standard plans. I hope this helps!!
