When I access my dashboard where I added the "Runs History" of some logic apps, they keep loading and does not show up the Success/Error runs as before.

This could be an issue with the browser caching. Could you please try opening the portal in Private/Incognito mode and check if the issue resolves.

You can also check the Network Traces from your browser by hitting F12 --> Network section to understand the behavior of the requests responsible to load the blade.
