我的Sharepoint 2013网站未在SharePoint设计器中打开。它显示错误

这只发生在根站点，所有其他子站点都在提取数据。检查ULS日志时发现错误如下。

My Sharepoint 2013 site is not opening in SharePoint designer. It shows error "Error occurred while trying to fetch data from the SharePoint site". This happens only to the root site and all other subsites are fetching data. While checking the ULS logs error found is as follows.

原始错误：Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ClientServiceTimeoutException：操作已超时。
