Any time I try creating a Web App Bot resource from the Azure portal, I keep getting the following error: "We're having problems communicating with the server. Click to contact azure support." I can create other resources like App service plans, resource groups, etc., but not Web App Bots. I'm following the steps in an MS tutorial so I'm not missing anything.
