I am new to share point and trying to create a web portal that allows a group of sponsors to create a ticket that is auto forwards to a vendor based on the system and then vendor adds costs estimates then returns to the sponsor for approval and payment data.  The data must be private and only the group created or edited ticket can see data that applies to there group be it sponsor or vendor. I will also need to create a group that other sees all data and a group that can see only data that is granted to them. We would all like for the vendors to be able to upload documents to be viewed by accounting and the vendors to be able to upload progress reports. This is a basic look at the advanced features I would like the web portal to do, there is more however I would like some help with ideas on how I can create this, and if it is even possible. thank you for the time and all the assistance.
