Hello everyone,

One service we need to access has been DNS polluted and we need to bind a custom IP address to its domain name in order to access it. Usually we can do this by adding an entry in the "hosts" file in Windows. How can we achieve this for our Azure App Service? Thank you.

Hi Xiao Xie,

If you click on the Custom domains blade under Settings you will find your app's external IP address which you can use to configure your DNS settings for A records. Follow the steps in this documentation to map the IP address to its domain name. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
