actually i saw one accordian control in one web site, i want to implement same that control in masterpage to get the all pages. so where should i get that code ? actually i done one thing first i went to that web page source code and i copied to in my source code.
its sligthly working but i used any control in my site i will show the error's file is not found like.

please help me in this sistuation. i have to submit with in 2day to my lead

You can't just go to a web site, copy the HTML from your browser, paste it into your code and hope it works!
There are several reasons:
1) You don't - and can't - get the code behind the control, because that is executed on the server, and does not leave the server.
2) The technical term for doing that is "plagiarism" and it is a form of theft, or at the very minimum copyright infringement.

If you want a control like the one you have seen, you will have to:
1) Search the web for a similar one that is publicly available from sites like this
2) Write your own.
3) Pay a company for the right to use their controls,
4) Pay someone to write one for you.
