I have two websites with different domain names, the first domain was registered and hosted with Hostgator.com and the second with Godaddy.com. i want to bring down the one at hostgator and still make use of the domain name i registered with them, but i want users to be redirected to my website at Godaddy when entering the domain name that will be drop at Hostgator on the browser''s address bar. Please how can i achieve this. Thanks in advance.

You have to go to your domain registrar and tell them to point the domain name in question at the correct IP address. They may even have a facility for you to do it yourself via a web page. In fact, if GoDaddy can probably help facilitate the change for you.
