We have a MySQL resource setup using Azure Database for MySQL but there isn't any option for Access Control so I can give particular users access to it to manage.

If the user logs into the Azure Portal > Azure Database for MySQL, the user doesn't see the MySQL resource (as they don't have full access within the portal).

I don't really want to give individual users access to the whole Resource Group that the MySQL sits in as it has other resources that they will end up with access to.
