The Log Analytics Workspace Advance Settings blade is always blank!  I have reproduced this problem with a simple test case.

1. Create a new Log Analytics Workspace.

3. Select Advanced Settings to configure the logs collected.

The Advanced Settings blade shows a blank page.  I have tried Edge and IE.  Edge shows the blade completely blank.  IE shows three small square animated dots in the center indicating refreshing, different from the initial three round dots that briefly appear when clicking Advance Settings.

The Edge console shows the messages below, might or might not be normal.

I am unable to repro this. Perhaps a screenshot will help clarify things.

Also do you have any proxy or firewall wall configurations that may be limiting your internet access? Can you retry from a different browser to see if issue persists?
