I'm getting this error when I try to create my Windows Store packages

"Visual Studio was unable to verify your developer account. Either the store is unavailable . Either the store is unavailable or an unexpected network error has occurred"

Any idea? How to fix this issue?

My windows account has been blocked by the store when I'm trying to create an app package in Visual Studio. Error showing as:
"The store has blocked this account. Ensure account has permission to read reserved app names and this it is linked to a valid developer subscription."

My account is showing as individual but has no "verified" indication anywhere.

I have received no verification email, so either needs to be unblocked or needs to be verified.
