I'm getting this error when I login in "Create App Packages..." in VS 2013 Community: "Visual Studio was unable to verify your developer account. Either the store is unavailable or an unexpected network error has occurred.".

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is it temporary? I tried 10 times already. It's very frustrating. Moreover I couldn't find a proper channel to report it - the bug report options gives me some other error.

We have the exactly same issue when we try to "Create App Packages for Store" in VS Professional 2013. However, we released the edition onto the Windows Store on 6/14/2017 successfully.
