I have the following setup and need some advice on why my data-store doesn't become Online after a restart?

I have Hyper-V Core installed with server manager enabled, now I have configured windows server storage to manage one of my data-store and I have used 4xWD Raptor HDD in a RAID 5 Configure wit ReFS file system. (image below is not my setup however its 99% the same)

问题：

每当我重新启动hyper-v服务器并且hyper-v环境再次联机时，服务器管理器数据存储不会自动启动，我必须进入Volumes \ Storage Pools，右键单击并选择Bring Disk Online （或者说是这样的话）。

Whenever I restart my hyper-v server and the hyper-v environment is online again inc server manager the data-store DOESN'T start automatically, I have to go in to the Volumes \ Storage Pools, right click and select Bring Disk Online (or words to that effect). Basically why is the data-store not automatically put ONLINE when you restart the server.

looking at the image, you see the warning sign on the storage pool which means  that the data-store is offline and you need to manually restore it to its default online position

I use my LSI RAID controller on the MB for Data-store 1 and this is fine always online after restart

（1）解决方案1，停止使用Windows并使用我知道可行的MB raid控制器（不想这样做）

(1) Solution 1, stop using windows and use the MB raid controller which i know works (don't want to do that)

（2）解决方案2，MS修复此问题，我可以继续使用Server 2012存储

(2) Solution 2, MS fix this issue and I can continue using Server 2012 storage

请告知我不想使用选项1

Please advise as I don't want to use option 1
