昨天错误地删除了包含团队基础（版本15.117.26714.0）内部构建定义的文件夹。

we发现文件夹删除发生在逻辑级别（在SQL Db上删除的字段设置为1），删除构建定义是物理的。这是正确的吗？

Hi

yesterday a folder containing build definitions inside team foundation (version 15.117.26714.0) was deleted by mistake.

we have found that while folder deletion happens at logical level (on SQL Db the field deleted is set to 1), the deletion of the build definition is physical. Is this correct?

we also try to understand who delete the folder, but we cannot find the user because the string in the Changedby field does not match any of the users in the tbl_Identity.
