The WES7 image I create must contain a local user account (with admin privileges). The same account must also auto-logon. My expectations was that one I set up this account correctly in ICE, it would use this account during the setup process as well as all subsequent startups once the OS installation completed.

I set  the Autologon and LocalAccount settings (ICE) with the credentials (user/password/group) but at installation time I still get prompted for a user account. If I go ahead and just create some account just to proceed through installation and get the OS to run the account I thought I created (in ICE) is not there.

I read further that for auto-logon to work the built in Administrator account must be enabled by setting Username to "Administrator".  Is this the Username field in the AutoLogon section? Meaning I can only AutoLogon to the Administrator account?

Autologon can be set for any account. You have to sent the enable and a logon count as well.
